I have the 100 seat network floating license option. I am trying to install the license server on a virtual Windows Server 2016. The installation terminated because the installer could not locate the .NET frameworks. I installed Version 4.8 and had the OS update it after installation. When I tried to install the license server after confirming that no additional updates were available, still no joy.
Parts of the license server user interface were installed and can be launched. However, the license server installer reports that a significant number of components were not installed. Please help.
